Job Description

Job Title: Leasing Coordinator

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM PST (40 hours per week)

Location: Fully Remote (Work from home)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Extensive experience in tenant/application screening
  • Screening rental applications and preparing contracts agreements and any documents related to the property
  • Reviewing all pending applications
  • Sending followup emails/texts and calling applicants if they have pending documents that need to be submitted to assess their application
  • Preparing the application summary
  • Consolidating all documents submitted by the applicant
  • Monitoring leases set to expire and notifying the manager

Required Tools and Software:

  • AppFolio
  • RingCentral
  • DocuSign
  • Google Docs

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate/Property Management Virtual Assistant or in a similar role

MustHave Skill Sets:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and contracts
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity
