Job Description


Our Client is a CBN licensed and NDIC insured Microfinance bank providing Savings Investment and Loan products to Micro Small and Medium Enterprises. Due to expansion they are in need of a Customer Service Trainee

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat with a positive attitude
  • Assist with troubleshooting common issues and guide customers through solutions
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records
  • Ensure timely followup with customers and track resolutions
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
  • Provide feedback on customer trends
  • Stay uptodate with product knowledge and service offerings


JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) or equivalent
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Strong problemsolving ability and proactive approach
  • Passion for helping people and providing great service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers
