Our Client is a CBN licensed and NDIC insured Microfinance bank providing Savings Investment and Loan products to Micro Small and Medium Enterprises. Due to expansion they are in need of a Customer Service Trainee
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat with a positive attitude
Assist with troubleshooting common issues and guide customers through solutions
Update and maintain accurate customer records
Ensure timely followup with customers and track resolutions
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
Provide feedback on customer trends
Stay uptodate with product knowledge and service offerings
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) or equivalent
Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
Strong problemsolving ability and proactive approach
Passion for helping people and providing great service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers
