Key Responsibilities
- Engage and onboard prospective clients ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment.
- Monitor and enhance customer service quality ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to boost retention upsell services and reengage inactive clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and foster client loyalty.
- Use datadriven insights to recommend and implement strategies for improvement.
Requirements
What We re Looking for
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- A problemsolving mindset and goaldriven attitude.
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service sales or quality assurance (experience in education or elearning is a plus).
