Job Description
We re seeking a detailoriented Technical Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This role combines technical acumen with administrative excellence supporting our software business operations while managing crucial communication channels and administrative functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cuttingedge technology while developing your skills in business administration and technical support. The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter who takes ownership of tasks and sees them through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize email communications ensuring timely responses and proper prioritization
- Handle calendar management and scheduling coordinating meetings across different time zones
- Provide customer support and handle inquiries related to our software solutions
- Assist with WordPress website maintenance and updates
- Execute personal administrative tasks with attention to detail
- Manage and organize documentation and digital files
- Support technical operations and basic softwarerelated tasks
- Follow through on projects and tasks to ensure successful completion
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth business operations
Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in email management and calendar coordination
- Demonstrated proficiency with WordPress content management system
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn software applications quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to follow through and complete tasks independently
- Experience with customer support or client service
- Proficiency in standard business software (MS Office Google Workspace)
- Ability to work fulltime during North American business hours (PST/PDT)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
