Job Summary:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide highlevel administrative support and help streamline operations for senior executives. The ideal candidate should have a proactive mindset excellent organizational skills and the ability to suggest and implement systems to improve efficiency. Experience in the construction industry is a great advantage.
- Manage executive calendars schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare reports presentations and other documents as required by executives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Suggest and implement systems to enhance workflow and organizational efficiency.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights accommodation and itineraries.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Track and manage tasks deadlines and followups to ensure priorities are met.
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- A bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify solutions to challenges.
- Familiarity with the construction industry or related sectors is an advantage.

Setup and Location: WFH
Work Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (AU Time) 5:00AM to 2:00PM (PH)

Requirements/Skills Needed: Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. At least 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
