Client Liaison
- Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships by understanding and addressing client needs.
- Perform market research to identify new opportunities and clients.
- Provide effective solutions aligned with clients needs
- Negotiate and close agreements to achieve sales targets.
- Develop actionable plans to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain consistent communication to update clients on progress and solutions.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
- Inputs: Client followups research strategic plans and communication.
Report
- Monitor dashboards and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure project reporting reflects all requirements and is delivered promptly.
- Inputs: Sales reports dashboards and project plans.
- Present regular and comprehensive sales reports to management.
Administration
- Validate legal documentation before client submission.
- Manage and track potential leads to support the sales pipeline.
- Inputs: Database maintenance resource planning lead management.
- Manage lead generation process
- Ensure proper planning of resources and activities.
- Maintain an updated and accurate sales database.
Corporate sales services rollout implementation and reporting
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to facilitate the rollout of the services to the clients develop a schedule
- Execute the sales project and monitor progress/efficiency
- Time management
- Analysing and managing sales service project risk
- Liase with various departments for corporate service sales offerings
- Ensure al agreements are signed by new clients and internal HODs as per relevant departments services required

Requirements
1. Proven work experience as a sales representative
2. Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
3. Understanding of sales performance metrics
4. Teamoriented with high dedication.
5. Demonstrated ability to work under strict deadlines
6. Matric certificate
7. Certification in Marketing Sales or relevant field is a plus
