Job Summary:
We are looking for a Microsoft Sales Administrator to join our team and support our Microsoft Category and Sales teams in servicing Microsoft customer agreements. You will be responsible for managing various account activities aligned with creating managing and renewing Microsoft quotes and contracts. You will also serve as the initial point of contact for daily customer requests on existing Microsoft contracts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
To be successful in this role you should have excellent communication organizational and problemsolving skills. You should also have a foundational understanding of Microsoft products and services; experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team and handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Submit and manage Salesforce cases for common quote order and contract activities
- Support CSP contract requests including contract creation product increases and product decreases
- Assist customers with access to product keys portal support providing documentation after the customer has purchased licenses
- Handle daily customer requests on existing Microsoft contracts and provide timely and accurate responses
- Coordinate with the sales team to provide information and documentation for Microsoft products and services
- Provide administrative support to Microsoft Category specialists and sales teams as needed
- Maintain records and files of sales activities and transactions
- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft products and services as well as licensing and professional services requirements
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a sales administrator or coordinator preferably in the IT industry
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience with Microsoft licensing models and agreements such as Enterprise Agreement Cloud Solution Provider and Microsoft Customer Agreement
- Familiar with Microsoft operational tools including the Volume Licensing Service Center Microsoft Admin Center and Microsoft Partner Center
- Certified as a Microsoft PartnerCommercial Executive (PCE) or willing to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
- Experience with Microsoft products and services such as Azure Microsoft Copilot Microsoft 365 and Windows 10
- Skilled in communication organization and problemsolving with the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively and professionally
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with the sales team and other departments and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Must be amenable to work in different US timezones (EST PST Central Timezone).
