We re seeking a driven and persistent Sales Representative / Appointment Setter to play a crucial role in our client s expansion strategy. Responsibilities
- Conduct indepth research on potential clients using provided leads and online resources including company websites recent projects and social media presence
- Identify and connect with key decisionmakers in real estate development companies and their associated marketing agencies
- Execute highvolume outreach campaigns through phone calls and emails persistently following up to secure product demonstration appointments
- Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and research findings in the company s CRM system
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for quality appointments set
- Collaborate closely with the demo team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads
- Contribute innovative ideas to refine and improve lead generation and outreach processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate our client s unique value proposition

- Excellent communication skills with a clear professionalspeaking voice and the ability to engage prospects naturally
- Sales or Appointment setting experience required preferably in Real estate
- Strong research and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software
- Resilient and positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection and maintain enthusiasm in a highvolume calling environment
- Selfmotivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Basic understanding of the real estate industry is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus
- Comfortable working in North American time zones (EST)
- Reliable highspeed internet connection and a quiet professional home office setup
