Sales Support Specialist
Position Overview
Fellow is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our wholesale team and support our domestic team and customers. This position plays a critical role in supporting and
optimizing the sales ordering process for all Corporate and Specialty accounts. This
position requires a meticulous detailoriented proactive and customerfocused
individual who will work very closely with the Account Managers to ensure that all
aspects of the order process run smoothly and efficiently.
The Corporate and Specialty Sales team is composed of five sales team members that
handle channel focused accounts and books of business. This position will offer critical
support of day to day objectives and tasks for this team specifically related to the sales
order process.
The Sales Support Specialist will accomplish all of this while living out Fellowship

Key Responsibilities
Handle entry of customer profiles creating quotes and order entry into ERP
system NetSuite)
Processing sales orders upon customer payment being received Netsuite and
Asana)
Maintain and update customer records in CRM system Salesforce)
Requesting freight shipping quotes with our freight forwarder
Provide support with customization orders including mockup requests order
entry and providing order updates to the customer (email Asana)
Relaying tracking information and assisting with logistical help
Helping with inventory stock checks and reservations

Qualifications
3 years of experience in a sales support role or similar position
High proficiency in systems listed and Google Sheets / Excel.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in a customerfacing role
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
High attention to detail and problem solving skills
An appreciation for specialty coffee and products would be a nice bonus but not
require
