This is a remote position.


PartTime Minimum 20 hours per week with flexibility based on project needs

Hourly Rate: 250.00 375.00

Shift starts at 6:00 AM PHT (9:00 AM AEDT)

About the Role:

As a Project Coordinator for our client s global education consulting team you ll play a key role in coordinating tasks schedules and resources for impactful learning projects. From managing documentation to monitoring progress and client invoicing your organizational and problem solving skills will ensure every project runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate Project Activities and Schedules

  • Organize project activities resources information and timelines to ensure smooth execution.

  • Manage calendars and set up meetings with team members and clients.

  • Schedule tasks in project management software and maintain uptodate plans.

  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders ensuring clear communication.


Monitor Project Progress and Resolve Issues

  • Work with project managers and team members to track progress and address blockers.

  • Identify risks to project delivery and proactively recommend solutions.

  • Ensure client needs are met as projects evolve maintaining highquality standards.

Manage Documentation and Quality Assurance

  • Create and maintain project documentation including contracts plans and reports.

  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure standards and requirements are met.

  • Keep accurate records of project milestones.

Oversee Client Invoicing and Billing

  • Manage client invoicing ensuring accurate billing of project milestones.



Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience as a project administrator coordinator or assistant (preferably in consulting or a digital agency).

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

  • Proven ability to manage project documentation invoicing and resource allocation effectively.

What We re Looking For: Strong Client and Project Management: Someone who can confidently lead and manage complex projects while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Expert in Learning Design and Higher Education: Has a deep understanding of learning theories and instructional design, particularly in higher education learning environments Collaborative Leader: Enjoys working closely with teams and providing mentorship to foster a productive and innovative work environment Innovative Problem-Solver: Adaptive and creative in solving challenges Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in education or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in learning design Demonstrated expertise in online learning content creation and experience managing complex programs. Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design, and digital learning technologies. Experience with the use and integration of educational technologies, interactive media, and digital resources in learning management systems Dual-sector experience would be an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex educational concepts to diverse audiences. Proven ability to lead, manage multiple projects, resolve conflicts, and deliver results within deadlines.
