Role Name: Scheduling Coordinator


Schedule:
  • Fulltime Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM (6:30 AM 3 PM Manila Time) 30 minute unpaid break

Job Description

We re looking for a highly organized and communicative Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in a remote parttime capacity. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize team schedules with precision and efficiency
  • Respond promptly to scheduling requests demonstrating excellent time management skills
  • Coordinate lastminute changes and urgent staffing needs with composure and effectiveness
  • Maintain clear and professional email communication with team members and leadership
  • Occasionally conduct phone calls to resolve timesensitive scheduling matters
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve scheduling processes and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate scheduling records ensuring data integrity at all times
  • Collaborate with team leaders to anticipate and address potential scheduling conflicts
  • Provide regular updates and reports on scheduling status to management

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent written communication skills in English with a focus on clarity and professionalism
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in using email platforms and basic computer applications
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle urgent requests calmly
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Experience with scheduling software or willingness to quickly learn new systems
  • Availability to work fulltime Monday to Friday Australian eastern time
  • Ability to occasionally make phone calls for urgent matters during Australian business hours
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset aligned with a cooperative work environment
