As a Customer Support Representative you ll be the vital link between our salon spa and its valued clientele. Your role is crucial in maintaining a smooth efficient appointment system and ensuring topnotch customer satisfaction. Utilizing the userfriendly Acuity Scheduling software you ll manage bookings communicate with clients and keep the salon s schedule optimized. Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to leads via phone and text to confirm their bookings ensuring a high conversion rate from inquiry to confirmed appointment
- Craft and send personalized appointment reminders including specific dates and times to keep clients informed and reduce noshows
- Expertly manage and update the Acuity Scheduling calendar maintaining an organized and efficient booking system
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and providing comprehensive information about our range of salon services
- Collaborate closely with salon staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client experiences
- Maintain meticulous and uptodate client records contributing to the spa s ability to provide personalized service
- Actively contribute to maintaining high client satisfaction and retention rates through attentive communication and efficient scheduling
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with a warm and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in scheduling software with experience in Acuity Scheduling being a significant advantage
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with keen attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding client expectations
- Comfortable with technology and possessing solid computer skills
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment
- Flexibility to work a minimum of 20 hours per week with the potential for increased hours as the business grows
- Previous experience in a salon spa or customer service role is preferred but not required for candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn
