This is a remote position.
We are seeking a simPRO Implementation Support to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be instrumental in the successful rollout integration and optimisation of simPRO software. You will work closely with management operational teams and external stakeholders to ensure the software meets business needs and supports longterm success.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
Implementation Support:
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to plan and execute the implementation of simPRO.
Configure and customise simPRO to align with business workflows and operational requirements.
Support data migration efforts ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the process.
Training & User Adoption:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for staff on simPRO functionalities.
Create userfriendly guides manuals and SOPs for ongoing reference.
Provide postimplementation support to address questions and ensure smooth adoption of the system.
Technical Troubleshooting & Support:
Act as the first point of contact for technical issues related to simPRO implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues in collaboration with simPRO support when necessary.
Identify and recommend improvements to enhance system performance.
Process Analysis & Optimisation:
Analyse existing workflows and propose process improvements enabled by simPRO functionalities.
Monitor the performance of the software postimplementation and recommend refinements as required.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with internal teams to understand operational needs and align them with simPRO capabilities.
Provide regular progress updates and performance reports to management and key stakeholders.
