Job Description

About Our Client

Our client a leading manufacturer and distributor of alcoholic beverages is looking to fill the role of Export Business Manager. The Export Business Manager will lead and execute export strategies to ensure effective regional distribution of our product portfolio. S/he will oversee export operations build sustainable relationships with foreign distributors and ensure adherence to regional regulations and standards related to the alcoholic beverage industry.


Summary of Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development & Execution:

Develop implement and maintain an effective export strategy in alignment with the companys overall business goals.

Identify and penetrate new markets while consolidating presence in existing ones.

2. Operations & Documentation:

Oversee export operations ensuring timely and costeffective delivery of products.

Ensure all export documents are compliant with international regulations and standards.

3. Relationship Management:

Establish nurture and manage relationships with distributors agents and key stakeholders in target markets.

Attend international trade shows and industry events to network and promote the companys brand.

4. Market Analysis:

Continuously monitor and report on global market trends competitor activities and potential opportunities or threats.

5. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to international/regional regulations related to alcoholic beverage export.

Liaise with legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance in all target markets.

6. Team Management:

Lead coach and develop the export team ensuring targets are met and team members are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in business International Relations or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales/export preferably in the alcoholic beverage or FMCG sector.

Proficiency in multiple languages is required English and French

3. Detailoriented with the ability to manage complex documentation.
