Job Description


Our client is a luxury restaurant with exquisite cuisine elegant ambiance and impeccable service. Nestled in the heart of Ikeja they offer a unique dining experience that delights the senses and leaves a lasting impression on their discerning guests. They also operate shortterm apartments and content studio businesses. They are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales.

JOB OVERVIEW

The business development Manager will be responsible for identifying company products and services that are underperforming developing an indepth knowledge of company offerings pricing and policies and improving existing sales proposals. You should also ensure that the company can achieve revenue targets.This role demands a blend of strategic insight market analysis and practical execution to boost revenue strengthen brand visibility and create outstanding customer experiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.

  • Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs competitor activities and industry trends.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the restaurant s client base and increase revenue.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote companies products and services.

  • Collaborate with management to develop shortterm and longterm business growth plans

  • Develop strategies to increase the visibility of all companies products and services

  • Enhance customer experience through personalized promotions and targeted communication.

  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction is reflected in service delivery.

  • Analyze customer data to identify patterns and develop retention strategies.

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media email and website platforms.

  • Ensure the restaurants branding aligns with customer expectations and resonates with the target audience.


Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in business management or administration finance hospitality management marketing or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience working as a business development manager in the hospitality space or similar role.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and delivery platform integrations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication negotiation and networking skills.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing social media and analytics tools.

  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.

  • Excellent analytical problemsolving and management skills.

  • Exceptional negotiation and decisionmaking skills.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Detailoriented
