JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A JR. TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
We are looking for a Jr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to work in our high growth and progressive BPO environment.
Boomering is managed by the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to align and synchronize the business to attain the company s goals.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist:
Proven 13 years experience as a Recruiter (either an inhouse recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured competencybased etc.).
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing reference check etc.).
Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities work samples psychometric and IQ/EQ tests etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decisionmaking skills.
BS in Human Resources Management or any related field.
Your Responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Specialist would be:
Help build and implement the best recruiting strategy tailor fit to Boomerings Core Values.
Perform job and task analysis to properly evaluate job requirements and objectives.
Agree with the sale team/hiring manager the job descriptions and job specifications visavis the client s/hiring manager s needs salary work schedule setup etc.
Request recruitment materials for effective job advertisements.
Source and recruit candidates by using Zoho Recruit Portal databases social media and other job portals available.
Entertain walkin applicants per schedule provided.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes.
Assist the HR IT and Systems departments in onboarding new employees to become fully integrated.
Monitor and apply the departments best practices from initial screening applicant satisfaction survey and incentive/commission reporting.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports KPIs and KRAs through a Monthly Balanced Scorecard.
Act as a point of contact and build influential and friendly candidate relationships during the selection process.
Participate actively and sensibly in meetings to acknowledge small and big wins continuously improve productivity and processes and ensure that every team member keeps up with the department s needs.
Promote the company s branding as the best place to work .
Ad hoc related tasks are given when necessary.
