This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Fulltime 40 hours per week with possible weekend coverage
- Monday to Sunday : 9am 6pm PST with 1 hour unpaid break (8 paid hours per day)

Job Description
Embark on an exciting journey as a Data Entry Specialist in a fastpaced techdriven environment. Your keen eye for detail and techsavvy nature will be instrumental in managing a high volume of job postings across multiple platforms. Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze client websites to identify and capture new job postings promptly
- Accurately transfer detailed job information from various client platforms to our stateoftheart internal system
- Maintain realtime updates on job statuses including managing signups dropoffs and addressing applicant inquiries
- Navigate multiple web portals efficiently showcasing your adaptability and tech proficiency
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms playing a key role in maintaining our reputation for reliability
- Collaborate with team members to optimize data entry processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Stay informed about industry trends and client needs to provide valuable insights for platform enhancements
Requirements
- 23 years of proven experience in data entry or a similar role preferably in a fastpaced tech environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in quickly learning and navigating new software platforms and web portals
- Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of maintaining high accuracy in data management
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
- Excellent typing speed and efficiency in copypasting information across different systems
- Techsavvy mindset with a passion for working with innovative digital platforms
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining consistent communication with the team
- Flexibility to occasionally work weekends to ensure continuous platform operations
- Willingness to undergo an intensive oneweek training program to master our unique systems and processes
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically when faced with data discrepancies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and team collaboration
