Job Description
- Collaborate within a crossfunction digital team including Product Management Engineering and Design.
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions driving impactful changes.
- Utilise strong analytical skills to propose document and deliver solutions.
- Define concise endtoend user stories for frontend and backend development in an agile environment.
- Conduct and document detailed analysis facilitate requirements elicitation activities to identify business requirement and translate into user stories.
- Analyse and map our platform data to AOL across all of our Lenders.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional Agile teams (Engineering Product Design QA) in remote and onsite settings.
- Provide BAU support including helpdesk ticket resolution.
Qualifications :
- Proven endtoend Business Analyst experience within Agile Scrum.
- Data integrations experience/knowledge is essential.
- Experience in the use of JIRA and Confluence to manage requirements track progress and facilitate collaborative documentation across agile teams.
- Able to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Nextgen ApplyOnline platform.
- Familiarity with XML comfortable with reading and understanding technical documentation.
- Solid understanding of the home loan application lifecycle with a focus on lendingspecific requirements.
