LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS WHO ARE PHILIPPINESBASED CANDIDATES
Position: Client Service Representative
Salary Range: $1400 $1600 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Working Hours: 8AM 5PM EST

- Job Description: As a Client Service Representative with out client you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to industry professionals worldwide. Your main duties will include handling client inquiries resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming client calls and emails professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about our services and offerings
- Address client concerns and escalate as needed to ensure resolution
- Maintain client records and update information as necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Customeroriented mindset
- Desired Experience: 3 years of experience in professional customer service or a related field
