Dr. Culture a.k.a Dr. Fun is responsible for planning coordinating and executing Care and Services events contests and activities. The position also runs the Care and Services rewards and recognition programs. This position works hand in hand with various internal departments and external vendors across the region or internationally.
Qualifications :
- The ability to coordinate and execute needs for Care Center incentives within but not limited to these main areas of responsibility: Care and Services Incentives Rewards and Recognition
- Conduct research and develop contests based on current Care and Services goals. Work with internal resources to execute these contests from start to finish and market to employees. Keep track of finances that pertain to it. Reporting and followup are a must.
- Assist with negotiations for contracts at venues to continuously have tickets on hand to reward employees with.
- Maintain excellent communication and relationships with internal resources vendors and all other persons within a given event contest or activity.
- Assist with preparing budgets for contests events departments holidays rewards and recognition programs.
- Coordinate scheduling for leadership with Care Center contests events and activities on the calendar.
- Develop revise and implement email communications for invitations informational contests and event updates.
- Coordinate and manage all logistics and inventory needs for contests and events some of which may take place simultaneously.
- Propose new ideas to improve the contest/recognition planning and communication process.
- Always seeking new ways to recognize and engage employees
- Planning and executing monthly quarterly and annual recognition events
- Manage creative needs and process from initial request through fulfillment for custom swag orders.
- Record and submit weekly cash card uploads and monthly grossup reports
- Working with all product teams and new product launches
- Work with each internal line of businesses and hand in hand with their quarterly budget
- Expanding the Care and Services Incentives program internationally to align with all GoDaddy international sites.
- Creating a fun atmosphere for employees volunteering their time to work on holidays
- Assist in any other related projects as needed
- Responsible in uploading the P4P/PBI reports in the PBI Portal
- Responsible for consolidating and processing all incentive data (Billable and NonBillable).
- Work closely with ECouncil for the Sutherland Engagement Initiatives
- Facilitate Employee Pulse Surveys
- Drive Security Training and Module completion in the program

Internal Qualifications:
- Must have FY24 PDP score of Exceeds Expectations or Outstanding
- Tenure of at least 18 months
- No Active DA
