Reporting to the SVP Sales the Senior Administrative Assistant will perform all administrative tasks in support of North American Sales Leadership.
Essential Duties:
- Coordinate travel for the North America Sales Leadership
- Help with the onboarding of new employees
- Prepare standing and adhoc meetings as requested by leadership. Coordinate any logistical requirements (meeting space projector supplies easels refreshments etc.)
- Schedule appointments and meticulously maintain calendars for leaders as requested.
- Prepare and submit expense reports for leaders ensuring all reimbursements are quickly processed and balanced against expense submissions
- Process orders for new equipment or new requisitions through the procurement management system
- Support Leadership team meetings tracking of attendance recap meeting and distribute as appropriate
- Creation of communications and powerpoints
- Partner with internal staff at all levels
- Periodic interactions with external clients
- Maintain confidence and protect operations by exhibiting appropriate discretion to keep information confidential
Qualifications :
- AA degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 45 years providing administrative support at an executive level
- Indepth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite (Outlook Excel PowerPoint) expense reporting systems and travel booking systems
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills particularly with internal and external executives
- Ability to familiarize self with company products standards processes in multiple areas of Experian
- Ability to familiarize self with roles and responsibilities of different organizations in multiple areas of Experian
- Ability to work closely with Assistants from other business units and all regions around the world
