Job Description
About the role and team:
The Client Solutions Settlements team plays a pivotal role within Lendis customer function. We are looking for someone with industry experience to join our expanding leadership team. Lendi has been overwhelmed with customer demand this year and we are always looking for great leaders to join the team and help us keep up with our customers.
Reporting to the CSA Manager this role will be responsible for the effective management motivation and development of the Client Solutions Settlements Associates Team in the Philippines. Your role will include but is not limited to working collaboratively with all the management in CS and across the Sales and customer organization.
What you will be doing:
Management of all CSA Settlements team members
Collaborating with management teams across Sales organization to ensure workflows are maintained from STP through Settlements.
Through Lendis Sales strategies driving results from your team on a daily weekly monthly and quarterly basis
Providing specific advice to your team to develop their knowledge around approval and settlement processes
Coaching and mentoring your team on best practices and implementing training strategies to increase performance and output
Performance managing your team thorough monthly checkins and any ad hoc meetings/activities as you see fit
Reporting insights from your observations to suggest process improvement strategies to CS senior management
Identifying and addressing both current and future talent needs within the team
Qualifications :

Exceptional written and verbal communication with a strong command of business English and keen attention to detail
