We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying engaging and closing new clients for our software solutions. You will act as a key point of contact between our company and prospective customers showcasing the value of our products to meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and amp; Prospecting:
Identify and target potential customers through research networking and outreach.
Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and challenges.
Present our software solutions to prospects via online or inperson meetings.
Conduct product demonstrations and articulate how our software can solve their challenges.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Act as the clients advocate ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the endtoend sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
Negotiate pricing and contracts to achieve winwin outcomes.
Collaboration with Teams:
Work closely with marketing customer success and technical teams to deliver value to customers.
Provide feedback from clients to improve product offerings.
Tracking and amp; Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Prepare and deliver sales forecasts and performance reports.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and networking opportunities.
Requirements and Skills.
Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE) or an MBA.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent negotiation skills and a resultsoriented mindset.
Understanding of the IT industry and current market trends.
Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
