Job Description

Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: 12000 to 15000 per month (Base Salary) Incentives and Bonuses
Location: Kerala
Number of Vacancies: 4


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries providing timely and accurate information.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and problemsolving skills.
  • Manage incoming calls emails and chat support to resolve queries effectively.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using the company s CRM system.
  • Promote products and services while identifying opportunities to upsell or crosssell.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
  • Adapt to dynamic work environments and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and suggestions for service improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in any field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service call center or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM tools.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Build rapport with customers and work effectively in a team.
  • Adaptable to changing work schedules and dynamic job requirements.
  • Contribute positively to team goals and performance.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
