Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Salary: 12000 to 15000 per month (Base Salary) Incentives and Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries providing timely and accurate information.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and problemsolving skills.
- Manage incoming calls emails and chat support to resolve queries effectively.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using the company s CRM system.
- Promote products and services while identifying opportunities to upsell or crosssell.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
- Adapt to dynamic work environments and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and suggestions for service improvement.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in any field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service call center or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM tools.
