Job Description
Meet and Greet with customer
Understand their requirements and problems and offer products and services accordingly
Process orders issue goods and bills collect payments
Do the needful to ensure inventory is updated.
Make Quotations as and when required and maintain sales records
Facilitate outsourcing of goods in case we do not have the required products
Ensure showroom is in order always
Ensure followups are being regularly done and systematically
Ensure clients requirements are being understood and fulfilled
Reach out to existing clients for repeat business
Follow up with leads to convert prospects
Record all unfulfilled enquiries as well as all incoming enquiries
Perform routine checks and inspections.
Requirements
Should be presentable and good communication skills
23 years experience required in Counter Sales
Should have done quotations.
Handling customers and their queries
Should be wellspoken in English
