Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and resultoriented Sales Executives to join our team in Kerala. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a persuasive approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasive skills.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and followups.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Fresher or candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience are welcome to apply.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Selfmotivated and goaloriented mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
