How You Spend Your Eight Hours
- Use the Lightyear platform to manage telecom carrier quotes
- Gather data from various sources to initiate the quoting process
- Enter data into a carriers contract request forms with the utmost accuracy
- Cooperate with team members to ensure the timely completion of all requests
- Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate records and data
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and carriers
- Support other ad hoc tasks around quoting and contracting
What You Must Possess
- Experience working in a similar role
- Familiarity with data entry and spreadsheet software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
