- Main role is to deliver projects across the Philippines with expertise in fitout works clientfacing and able to lead a small delivery team
- Provide CSA cost management and control from inception through design preconstruction procurement construction to final account.
- Provide a full post contract cost management service assist with the costing of all changes and the management thereof validate progress and payment applications and assist with the compilation of the final account.
- To conduct feasibility studies and writing procurement reports
- To apply Value Management techniques at the outset of a project and where appropriate involve Turner & Townsends specialist Value Management team
- To manage estimating and cost planning activities to include taking ownership of and present the final cost plan
- To ensure that postcontract cost variances and change control processes are managed effectively
- To ensure the production of monthly postcontract cost reports and present them to the client
- To ensure that final accounts are negotiated and agreed; validate the monthly payment claims and prepare payment recommendation for related works/packages.
Qualifications :
- Prior CSA cost management experience is essential with minimum of 8 years experience in related fields
- Prior experience in fitout project/ hitechmanufacturing / data center construction
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Cost Management or related technical field
- Experience from consultancy background well versed with CSA work experience is preferred.
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills experience in preparing client cost reports
- Knowledge of and perform to the at least one of following industry standards and practices:
- ASPE (American Society of Professional Estimators)
- CSI (Construction Specification Institute)
- AACEI (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering)
- SCEA (Society of Cost Estimating and Analysis)
- RICS (The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
