Description: Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Riyadh Saudi Arabia office:
Business Development Manager What can you expect As a Business Development Manager you will manage all aspects of prospect development from presale through close. Furthermore you will identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities.
- Lead the coordination of organizational resources necessary to drive a sale to completion
- Identify potential referral sources and develop relationships through personal contact and presentation of the practices resources
- Generate additional revenue opportunities by introducing and leveraging other Marsh products and services as appropriate
We will count on you to: As a Business Development Manager you will identify external and internal referral sources and partner closely with those sources. In addition you will lead the creation of sales proposals and presentations and work with the referral source partner to coordinate the delivery of these presentations to prospects.
- Transitionsa qualified prospect or new client to a client executive and supports the client executive in the implementation of new business deals and transitions the client to account management status
- Utilizeinformation sources internally and externally to gather appropriate data to position Marsh to prospect properly
- Ensure that uptodate prospective client information is maintained in the database
What you need to have: - Bachelors degree in any relevant field
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager
- Experience in insurance sales consulting firms or financial institutions is preferably
- Effective English written and verbal communication skills to communicate with colleagues and clients

- Ability to deliver technical information to less technical individuals
- Demonstrate strong active listening and followup skills
