Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure efficient delivery of products or services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations management excellent leadership skills and the ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations including production logistics and supply chain management
Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
Lead and manage a team of operations professionals including supervisors team leads and frontline staff
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations
Develop and manage budgets forecasts and financial reports
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements industry standards and company policies
Collaborate with other departments including sales marketing and customer service to align operations with business objectives
Identify and mitigate operational risks including supply chain disruptions equipment failures and labor shortages
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Operations Management Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field
5 years of experience in operations management including 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of operations management principles including production planning inventory management and logistics
Excellent leadership and management skills including the ability to motivate and develop team members
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills including the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders
