Our client a fastgrowing international company is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Oversee and manage all HR activities in the regional factory
Develop and implement HRM systems for the regional factory namely recruitment training compensation performance management leadership development and employee relations.
Design and execute the annual HR plan and key HR solutions for the factory benchmarking against industry leaders and optimizing organizational structures to adapt to business growth and changes.
Align with the policies and standards of the companys headquarters to create tailored solutions for the regional factory focusing on performance management compensation and benefits cultural development and enhancing employee capabilities to strengthen the core competitiveness of key talents and highpotential employees.
Engage with local labor authorities social insurance departments and other relevant government agencies to ensure effective relationship management.
Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or closely related fields.
A minimum of 3year experience in a leader/ manager role.
Proficiency in Chinese is required good English skill is a plus.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR and Vietnamese Labor Law as well as experience in implementing HR modules.
Professional able to work under pressure.
Good at communication and strong teamwork skill.
