**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources efforts and ensure the effective management of our employees. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance with labor laws.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Recruitment and Onboarding:** Manage the recruitment process including job postings interviewing and onboarding of new employees.
**Employee Relations:** Address employee concerns mediate conflicts and foster a positive work environment.
**Performance Management:** Implement performance evaluation processes provide feedback and support professional development.
**Compliance:** Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies and manage employee records.
**Training and Development:** Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
**HR Strategy:** Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
**Qualifications:**
**Education:** MBA or MSW degree
**Experience:** 25 years of experience in HR management preferably in the dairy or food industry
**Skills:** Strong interpersonal and communication skills problemsolving abilities and proficiency in HR software
