Our client a fastgrowing international company is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Oversee the recruitment and deployment of factory personnel.
Create the annual labor demand plan for the regional factory as well as assessing and overseeing compliance and execution processes involving material and labor suppliers.
Connect with sourcing labor suppliers and assisting the company in managing these suppliers.
Evaluate and manage labor suppliers at the regional factories.
Guide and supervise labor service providers in monitoring assessing and managing labor personnel during their probationary period.
Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or closely related fields.
A minimum of 2year experience in recruitment roles preferably working in factories or the manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in Chinese is required good English skill is a plus.
