Job Description
1.Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
2 Setting and organizing the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
3 Overseeing and coaching the employees.
4 Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
5 Check production output according to specifications.
6 Submit reports on performance and progress.
7 Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
8 Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
9 Ensure that weekly/monthly production target should be achieved.
10 Maintaining the quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
11 Ensuring the operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
12 Resolving personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
