Responsible for managing all aspects of the production department. This includes planning and organizing production
schedules responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output managing production budget
and resources. In addition this position is responsible for managing multiple shifts of Production Supervisors.
Major Responsibilities
Motivating supporting and providing guidance to production employees & supervisors.
Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep shop floor accidentfree.
Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.
Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce raw materials etc.)
Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
Review worker performance and identify training needs

Main Requirements
Education/ Experience Diploma or BE/B.Tech with relevant 1518 years of experience.
Technical Skills/Knowledge Working knowledge of Production Management Systems Quality
Standards and HSE regulations.
Languages/Level Good in English/ Local language
