Job Description
Reporting to a Paid Search Director you will create impact within our Paid Search team and Global Paid Media capability. At Jellyfish the Paid Media department consists of team members with expertise in implementing all forms of Paid Search.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading Account Performance and Growth strategy
- Driving Search Innovation and Testing Initiatives
- Leading and/or Supporting in Client QBRs
- Mentoring other team members with InPlatform execution
- Leading and/or Supporting Internal Team and Departmental Communications
Qualifications :
Technical Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in Paid Search account management
- Indepth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Paid Search campaigns (particularly Google Ads Microsoft Ads and Bid Management technology).
- Google Ads Search Certification
- Experience with Search Ads 360
Professional Qualifications:
- Is commercially astute identifies and suggests opportunities to the Company Directors.
- Possesses strong business writing skills and is able to produce high quality documents.
- Demonstrates a structured way of working with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills particularly influencing and listening skills.
- Is a confident and articulate presenter.
- Clientcentric Youll love getting to know your clients developing longlasting relationships and adding value to their business.
- Team Collaboration Youll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
- Adaptability Youre good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
