Job Description
Job Title: Production Manager FRP Products
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing operations of our FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) products plant. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing sector preferably in chemical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan organize and oversee the daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with safety protocols.
Manage and train production team members to enhance productivity and maintain a safe work environment.
Optimize resource utilization including manpower machinery and materials.
Develop and implement strategies for improving production efficiency and reducing downtime.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and timely dispatch of finished products.
Maintain accurate production records and generate regular reports for management review.
Address and resolve any productionrelated issues in a proactive and timely manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering Chemical or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing sector with a preference for chemical manufacturing or FRP products.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet production deadlines.
Salary:
Location: Jadcherla (near Hyderabad)
meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits. demonstrating and presenting products. establishing new business. maintaining accurate records. attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings. reviewing sales performance. negotiating contracts and packages.
