Key Responsibilities: * Team Supervision: Lead and motivate frontline staff assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure smooth and efficient operations. * Customer Service Management: Ensure highquality customer service by resolving guest complaints and addressing issues promptly. * Operational Efficiency: Oversee order accuracy service speed and cleanliness in both the dining area and kitchen. Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards. * Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels manage stock rotation and ensure timely supply replenishment to avoid shortages or waste. * Shift Management: Manage shift schedules ensure optimal staff coverage during peak hours and handle any staffing issues as they arise. * Reporting & Communication: Provide daily operational reports to the Restaurant Manager including staff performance customer feedback and any service issues.
Skills & Competencies: * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and problemsolving abilities * Ability to multitask and manage a fastpaced work environment * Knowledge of QSR operations and POS systems * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Qualifications: * Diploma or degree in Hospitality Business or related field (preferred) * Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a QSR or fastpaced environment * Familiarity with food safety hygiene and health regulations
