Job Description
Overview:
TekWissen is a global workforce management provider headquartered in Ann Arbor Michigan that offers strategic talent solutions to our clients worldwide. The below job opportunity is with one of our Biotech clients who researches develop and commercializes drugs. The company focuses primarily on antiviral drugs used in the treatment of HIV hepatitis B hepatitis C and influenza including Harvoni and Sovaldi.
Position: Quality Systems Specialist III
Location: Santa Monica CA 90404
Duration: 6 Months
Job Type: Contract
Work Type: Remote
Description:
- Performs a wide variety of activities to ensure compliance with applicable quality objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor QA personnel including organizing and prioritizing daily tasks and performing training.
- Maintains programs and processes to ensure high quality products and compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- May assist with compliance audits as required.
- May interface with regulatory agencies as required.
- Interfaces with contract manufacturers to address compliance issues related to the quality systems environment.
