Job Description
General Summary
The Junior IT Systems Developer is a pivotal role focused on designing developing and integrating AI
systems supporting business needs and collaborating across departments to drive innovative solutions
and achieve organizational goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
Model build and test AI models to ensure it can take on large swaths of data and achieve desired
results
Integrate AI systems with other software applications.
Use Python C# Java javascript C and R to create a faster more capable AI.
Analyze statistics data and algorithms for projection accuracy.
Work with a team of engineers to ensure seamless AI development and integration.
Conduct assessments of the AI and automation market and competitor landscape.
Stay current on AI knowledge trends and regulations.
Collect organize and present progress with team leadership and stakeholders.
Other roles and responsibilities may be assigned
The Junior IT Systems Developer is also expected to work with the other departments to provide
recommendation insights and initiatives as they relate to the business needs of the various departments
in the Regional Office as well as other stakeholders such as franchisees members and club employees
to achieve business goals. The junior developer will participate in any IT related projects and ensure timely
updates are given and be on top to hit the target timeline for each milestone and project.
