Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Salary: $1200 USD per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 4:00 PM EST
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our team with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. The VA will play a key role in managing communication with clients agents and carriers as well as maintaining task organization and ensuring all responsibilities are executed accurately and efficiently. This role requires professionalism clear communication and adaptability to evolving priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Carrier Communication
- Contact insurance carriers to obtain policy and clientspecific information.
- Use provided scripts to impersonate both male and female personas when required.
- Handle escalations effectively by:
- Capturing representative names and escalating only when necessary.
- Reattempting calls or presenting as a spouse if needed.
- Document call outcomes in Google Sheets and Telegram ensuring:
- Policy numbers monthly premiums coverage and cash values are recorded.
- Representative details and anomalies are noted.
Client and Agent Support
- Assist clients with email account creation and submission of forms (cancellations updates).
- Support onboarding for new agents including carrier contracting and progress tracking.
- Follow up with agents and escalate nonresponsiveness when required.
Administrative and Task Management
- Maintain organized task lists:
- ToDo List Pending List Completed List.
- Track and update tasks using Google Sheets.
- Confirm and update task statuses via Telegram/WhatsApp with clear communication and emotes.
- Perform data entry organize documentation and respond to inquiries.
- Participate in biweekly team meetings for updates and feedback.
Communication and Consistency
- Ensure clear consistent communication across platforms (Telegram WhatsApp Gmail).
- Provide at least 48 hours' notice for shortterm leave and 1 week's notice for extended absences.
- Proactively communicate emergencies or unavailability.
Growth and Flexibility
- Adapt to changing responsibilities and priorities as the company evolves.
- Take initiative in handling new challenges and expanding the role.

- Task Management: Google Sheets Google Docs.
- Communication: Telegram WhatsApp Gmail.
- Calling & Messaging: VPN and phone software (e.g. OpenPhone).
- File Management: Google Drive.
