Job Description

Embark on an exciting journey as a Virtual Assistant in the fastpaced world of real estate. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of a growing business managing crucial client interactions and streamlining operations. You ll utilize stateoftheart tools like GoHighLevel and Canva to enhance client experiences and support the company s diverse range of services. This position is perfect for a detailoriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about contributing to the success of a modern real estate enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to client inquiries promptly using GoHighLevel ensuring topnotch customer service
  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings optimizing the team s calendar for maximum efficiency
  • Create visually appealing and informative client packages using Canva tailoring materials to each client s needs
  • Maintain a wellorganized virtual filing system ensuring all client documents are easily accessible and secure
  • Provide timely followups with clients via email and text nurturing relationships and driving engagement
  • Prepare and compile necessary paperwork for various real estate transactions including rentals and sales
  • Assist in property management tasks supporting the team in delivering comprehensive real estate services
  • Facilitate smooth communication between clients real estate agents and other stakeholders
  • Adapt to peak business periods potentially scaling up work hours to meet increased demands
  • Stay updated on real estate trends and terminology to provide informed assistance to clients and team members



Requirements

  • Proficiency in GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems with a knack for mastering new software quickly
  • Creative flair and experience with Canva or comparable design tools for creating professional client materials
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in managing virtual documents and calendars
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English capable of representing the company professionally
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Basic understanding of real estate processes and terminology with a willingness to expand industry knowledge
  • Familiarity with virtual file management systems (e.g. OneDrive) and comfort with cloudbased technologies
  • Flexibility to potentially work evening hours as the business expands
  • Ability to multitask and handle a diverse range of properties including residential commercial and rental units
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and operational challenges
