The role:
We’re seeking a proactive and detailoriented Virtual Assistant who will focus on Amazon fulfillment administration. The position involves pulling and organizing sales data from retail partners to provide actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Amazon Vendor Central specifically in order processing.
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Proficiency in data tools and software including spreadsheets and reporting platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon Vendor Central order processing ensuring accurate and timely administration of fulfillment tasks.
- Pull organize and maintain sales data from various retail partners to support reporting and decisionmaking.
- Develop efficient systems for data organization and retrieval.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline data management processes.
- Provide administrative support to executives as needed.
