Associate Training Lab Engineer

Job Description:

The Dedicated Training team is looking for a customercentric detailoriented Network Engineer to develop handson training labs and automation solutions to support the Curriculum Development and Enablement team. As a Lab Development Engineer you will be responsible for implementing nextgeneration technology for publishing training curriculum and improving the student training experience. You will also be grading and assessing lab challenges that are part of the CyberArk certification program. This role provides the opportunity to dive deep into the CyberArk solutions. You will work handinhand with the Challenges and Labs owners and suggest ways to improve revise and possibly automate the processes. The qualified candidate will have experience implementing enterprises solutions a deep technical knowledge of one or more IT Networks domains and the ability to provide analysis of learning materials from a technical perspective. Above all you will have a passion for learning and contributing to team and customer success. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation attention to detail and willingness to learn. Prior CyberArk experience is beneficial but not required as comprehensive product training will be offered to the successful applicant.

Key job responsibilities:

• Grade technical lab challenges that are part of the CyberArk certification program.
• Help to create and maintain automated lab publishing processes used by Course owners Curriculum Developers and other crossfunctional teams.
• Identify additional opportunities for automation of grading and curriculum publication processes.
• Help to design and develop new labs based on requirements provided by course owners and subject matter experts.
• Assist in the design implementation and review of guides for handson lab offerings
  • Grade CyberArk certification exams according to established rubrics and standards
  • Provide detailed feedback to certification candidates on exam performance
  • Stay up to date on CyberArk features and best practices
  • Collaborate with senior team members on improving certification processes

Qualifications :

• BS in Network Engineering Computer Science or related technical discipline or field of study.
• Experience with implementing or developing enterprise software solutions
• 2 years of experience in software design or development infrastructure architecture or troubleshooting.
• 23 years experience with modern computing systems especially with various authoring and publication formats (Microsoft Office HTML XML/CSS Markdown PDF).
  • CyberArk Defender or Sentry certification will also be trained by CyberArk
  • 12 years of experience in IT cybersecurity or related technical role
  • Knowledge of identity and access management principles
  • Experience with exam proctoring or grading
  • Degree in computer science information technology cybersecurity or related field
  • Basic understanding of privileged access management concepts
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and SaaS platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
