Job Description
Introduction:
Global leader in AI and deep learning technology is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead to manage and guide our Prompt Engineering team. This role is pivotal in steering the development of advanced AI systems ensuring the highest quality of prompt engineering practices. As the Team Lead you will be responsible for leading a team of Prompt Engineers driving innovation and optimizing processes to enhance the performance and utility of our AI models.
Job Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Team Oversight:
- Lead and mentor a team of Prompt Engineers providing guidance support and performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and highperformance work environment ensuring team members meet their goals and contribute effectively.

- Project Management:
- Oversee the planning execution and delivery of prompt engineering projects.
- Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance metrics and project progress to management. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities for team members.
- Promote best practices in prompt engineering and stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.

- Hands on Contribution
- This individual would also contribute hands on the projects assigned and hence should be ready to get trained and contribute.

Operational Excellence:
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the team consistently produces highquality content for various AI models including conversational prompts generative prompts and video content summarization.
- Implement and oversee processes for evaluating and refining AIgenerated promptresponse pairs.

- Process Optimization:
- Identify areas for improvement in prompt engineering processes and workflows.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments including Data Science Research and Development to align prompt engineering efforts with overall project goals.
- Act as a liaison between the Prompt Engineering team and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
- Leadership Experience:
- Proven experience leading and managing teams in a technical or engineering environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate mentor and guide team members
- .
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts large language models and AI systems.
- Experience in prompt engineering and related technical areas.

- Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively.

- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

- Educational Background:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science linguistics writing or a related field.
