Requirements:
- Troubleshooting skills on Isilon.
- Replication skills on Isilon infra.
- HPE Administration on XP7 and XP8.
- Replication skills on XP7 and XP8.
- Brocade SAN Switch Administration and troubleshooting skills.
- HPE Primera Administration skills.
- Replication skills on 3PAR/Primera. HPE MSA Storage administration.
- Knowledge on Storage/SAN Switch Firmware upgrade activities/Vendor Coordination.
- Incident/Service/Change requests.
- Follow ITIL process for production support (DR exercise and Decommission of Storage ).
- Communication Skill Teamwork and Logical Thinking.
