Job Description

Role Overview:
The Senior HR Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment process for hospitality roles ensuring that the organization hires toptier talent that aligns with company culture and operational needs. This individual will work closely with HR management and department heads to understand hiring requirements source and assess candidates and drive recruitment strategies tailored to the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. EndtoEnd Recruitment:

    • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial job requisition to candidate placement.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
    • Source screen and interview candidates for various positions within the hospitality sector such as front office staff chefs waitstaff managers and more.
    • Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers.
  2. Talent Acquisition Strategies:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
    • Build a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing methods including online job portals social media headhunting and industryspecific networking events.
    • Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards for specialized roles.
  3. Job Advertising and Employer Branding:

    • Write and post engaging job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities for each position.
    • Promote the organizations employer brand by ensuring job postings highlight the unique benefits and work culture within the hospitality industry.
  4. Interviewing and Candidate Selection:

    • Conduct detailed interviews assessing candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit.
    • Evaluate candidate potential and recommend the most suitable individuals to hiring managers.
    • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to final decisionmaking.
  5. HR & Compliance:

    • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and legal regulations.
    • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Stay uptodate with the latest HR trends labor laws and recruitment best practices especially within the hospitality industry.
  6. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

    • Work closely with department heads and HR managers to understand hiring needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
    • Provide regular updates to HR management on recruitment progress challenges and market insights.
  7. Onboarding & Employee Retention Support:

    • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
    • Contribute to retention initiatives by ensuring a strong match between candidates and organizational culture.
  8. Reporting & Analytics:

    • Prepare and present reports on key recruitment metrics such as timetofill costperhire and quality of hire.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies based on data analysis.
