- Fulltime role: 40 hours a week
- Monday to Friday 8am5pm Pacific Time (11pm 8am Manila Time)

Responsibilities
- Assisting me in the daily operations for a construction company.
- Answering phones.
- Scheduling project walks projects meetings ect via google calendar.
- Construction form filling.
- Customer communications.
- Minor estimate building.
- Payment reminders.
- Payment management.
- Research for customer requests.
- Business communication.
- Data management.
Requirements
- Experienced Executive Assistant at least 3 years
- Excellent Communication Skills is High in Priority
- Experienced in Google and Microsoft Applications
- Familiarity with Joist Invoicing and One Drive a Plus
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detailoriented
- Proactive
- Problemsolving skills and good disposition
