Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Manager Talent Acquisition & Recruitment to lead and oversee the endtoend recruitment process for bluecollar employees across PAN India. This senior leadership role combines strategic talent acquisition recruitment operations and team management to ensure the organization consistently meets its workforce demands efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Talent Acquisition:
- Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet bluecollar hiring needs for operational excellence across all locations in India.
- Develop innovative sourcing techniques to build a sustainable talent pipeline utilizing job portals local agencies social media and community networks.
- Forecast future manpower needs in collaboration with senior management and operational teams.
2. Recruitment Operations:
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Lead bulk hiring campaigns and recruitment drives to fulfill highvolume hiring requirements within tight timelines.
- Ensure efficient processes and adherence to timelines reducing timetohire and costperhire while maintaining quality.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring practices.
3. Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters fostering a highperformance culture through mentorship training and clear goalsetting.
- Monitor team performance provide constructive feedback and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Empower team members with tools resources and training to meet recruitment targets.
4. Stakeholder and Vendor Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
- Collaborate with regional managers and HR teams to prioritize hiring demands.
- Identify engage and manage thirdparty recruitment agencies and local vendors to ensure costeffective and timely hiring solutions.
- Negotiate terms and evaluate vendor performance periodically.
5. Compliance and Process Management:
- Ensure recruitment processes adhere to all statutory and labor law requirements including documentation and background checks.
- Implement standardized recruitment processes and improve operational efficiency through automation and ATS systems.
6. Employer Branding:
- Build the company s reputation as an employer of choice for bluecollar workers.
- Plan and execute employer branding initiatives including participation in job fairs community outreach programs and social media campaigns.
7. Reporting and Analytics:
- Regularly report on recruitment metrics such as offer acceptance rate attrition rate and recruitment costs.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG in HR or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience:
- 1015 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment with a significant focus on bluecollar hiring.
- Proven experience in managing largescale recruitment operations across PAN India.
- Prior experience in Facility Management Logistics or Staffing industries is highly desirable.
- Team Management: Strong track record of leading and developing recruitment teams.
