Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented Talent & Culture Executive to join our dynamic team in Mysuru India. As a key member of our Human Resources department you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture managing talent acquisition and fostering employee engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company by creating a positive and productive work environment.

  • Act as an ambassador for our companys brand and values ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all employees and candidates
  • Support fullcycle recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding new hires
  • Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation programs and ongoing training initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and company events
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and create effective talent acquisition strategies
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department including data entry report generation and document management
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee relations matters
  • Manage internal communication channels including social media platforms and companywide announcements
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a more inclusive workplace culture
  • Participate in HRrelated projects and committees as required

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • 12 years of experience in a Human Resources role preferably in a corporate setting
  • Proven experience in recruitment onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience in handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the Indian context
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience in event planning and coordination
  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs
  • Passion for creating a positive work culture and supporting employee success


Additional Information :

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
additional languages are a plus
